When contacting me please do so in a polite business casual manner. If it is via text then I expect it to be during respectable hours as I will not respond to any contact outside that realm.

I will not discuss services as I am providing my time only. I will say that so long as mutual respect and excellent hygiene are maintained that I am very engaged and open minded. I also suggest browsing my reviews on the various available forums if you’re curious as I am well reviewed.

Please confirm your booking with me the morning of our date minimum 3 hours prior to the date. If I do not hear from you by 3 hours prior to our appointment I will presume it is cancelled at your expense. I am very understanding if something does come up and requires your immediate attention I implore you to let me know and we can reschedule and use your deposit for then.

Carefully follow entry instructions upon arrival to ensure there are no issues as discretion is key. If you arrive early please wait at a nearby Cafe or in your vehicle and not in the Lobby. Please do not sneak in without buzzing as most elevators require a buzz for the floor to work. If you do try to do this you will have to exit and buzz at the entrance anyway which is annoying for us both. Once inside please place your donation in an unsealed envelope discretely yet in clear sight. Please do not ask me to “make sure it is all there” I expect you to have it already portioned out so that this step is quick and painless so we can move into our date organically.

If you need to cancel, I require 48 hours notice. If you are to cancel within 24 hours I require a 50% cancellation fee. If there is a cancellation less than 12 hours then the full amount is required. I do understand that “life happens” and will put the cancelation fee towards rescheduling if you communicate with me. However, if this becomes a habit or you are a no-call-no-show I do have a two strike rule before I cancellation fees are always required.
